What is servicemen’s welfare?

Servicemen’s welfare means promoting a raise in combat power through improvement of welfare and the general concept about payment which facility and service to fulfill the mental and material needs for soldiers who have the qualification for military organization, his family.

The servicemen’s welfare shall be improved to be proud of wearing soldier’s uniform and to be honorable for soldier’s way.

What is to make preliminary forces elites? It means that mobilization system with integrated function effectively is built up and prompt conformity mobilization for emergency is established. And at the same time, preliminary military action at all times connecting organically with organization, management and training of reserve forces and preparedness arrangement guaranteeing for local strategy about communications zone and stable military action are maintained in current condition
